Greystone Property Development is the developer of Grande Villas at Indian Beach, NC. Founded in 1988, Greystone & Co., Inc. is a multi-faceted, internationally recognized financial services and real estate development company. Through its affiliate, Greystone Property Development, it is active in the development of residential rental and condominium properties, commercial office properties, retail developments and various types of senior living facilities. Douglas Benach, president of Greystone Property Development, has been involved over the years with such notable projects as Citicorp World Headquarters, Trump Tower and The New York State Javitz Convention Center.

Additionally, Greystone's Director of Operations, Tom Ryan, supervises all aspects of development projects. Tom's specialties include mostly greater-scale projects such as multi-family housing, commercial and retail developments and healthcare facilities. Together with the Greystone staff and their partners, Doug and Tom are pleased to bring you Grande Villas as the culmination of hard work and inspiring vision for the wonderful Indian Beach area.
