Indian Beach Broker Seminar a Success!

A packed room of excited and engaged brokers was the response speaker Louis McGraw, investment and second-home specialist, received at the Grande Villas “Marketing to Second-home Buyers Seminar” on Wednesday, November 7th.  Louis touched on Benefits and Features of the Crystal Coast and Effective Marketing for our Market Place among other relevant topics.  He even surprised us with great facts for marketing that even some of our local agents weren’t familiar with.  For instance, Did you know that the Crystal Coast is the #2 dive spot in the world?!

The event was such a success that Grande Villas is looking into hosting another second-home seminar in Raleigh.  “We had so many brokers RSVP that we actually ran out of seats,” said GV Project Coordinator Heather Singleton.  The upcoming seminar will likely take place in January, and Grande Villas will be in touch soon with details on how to register.
