On February 20th in Greenville, NC, Grande Villas sponsored the Interactive Educational Seminar:  Marketing to Second-home Buyers.   International Instructor of the Year 2007/2008, Marcus Wally, discussed second-home trends & marketing in changing times & engaged all our brokers in an interactive workshop.

Beginning with a gourmet luncheon and following with an introduction to the Grande Villas Broker Alliance Program, the event was a success for all that attended.
