Featuring the F/A-18 Hornet, the Blue Angels' mission is to enhance Navy and Marine Corps recruiting efforts and to represent the naval service to the United States, its elected leadership and foreign nations. The Blue Angels serve as positive role models and goodwill ambassadors for the U. S. Navy and Marine Corps.
Saturday and Sunday both will highlight full "Day Shows" with a large variety of military and civilian aerobatic demonstrations, plus dozens of historic and modern military static displays. Military acts will include: the Blue Angels, a Marine Air Ground Task Force demonstration highlighting the U.S. Marine Corps' finest capabilities, an AV-8B Harrier demonstration, plus several flybys and demos.
The air show will also highlight ground activities for the kids, an outdoor recreational show, various rides and simulators. Admission and parking are free.
