Amy Bristle Sessoms
A graduate of North Carolina State University, Amy Bristle Sessoms began her career as an intern at WRAL-TV. She worked her way to General Assignment/Health Reporter at WWAY-TV in Wilmington, N.C, where she also filled in at the highly coveted position, weekend anchor. Amy's excellence in communications, earned her a spot on morning talk shows along the NC coast, Chicago, and eventually to G105 as part of Bob and the Showgram. It was here, Amy gained venerable skills in promotions, public relations and event planning. She brings her sunny disposition, efficiency and project management abilities to the team at Grande Villas.

Ashley Ergler
Originally from Summerville, SC, Ashley Ergler is Clemson University alum with a degree in Spanish and International Trade. A world traveler and former high school teacher, Ashley is passionate about learning. While working in the new home sales market at Shea Homes, she discovered her niche sharing in-depth real estate knowledge with consumers. Her superior expertise and educational experience are a perfect fit for Indian Beach's new, club class condominium development, Grande Villas.

Allison Wax
Always the island girl, Allison Wax has called Emerald Isle her home since birth. Her love of travel and the island lifestyle led her to another island home for a semester abroad in Australia where she experienced first hand the warm hospitality of the Australian people and their excellent tourism product. After graduation from East Carolina University with a Communication degree, Allison's next stop was Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida where she worked as an intern in the largest hotel on the property, Disney's Pop Century Resort. Off to a southern island on the North Carolina coast, she also enjoyed a stint in Property Management on Bald Head Island. Allison is now pleased to be calling the Crystal Coast home again while following her passion for providing outstanding service at the Grande Villas Hospitality Center in Indian Beach, North Carolina.

Heather Singleton
A native of eastern North Carolina, Heather Singleton graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelors degree in Sociology and Psychology. She applied this knowledge in the human resources / recruitment fields in Virginia Beach, VA and Raleigh, NC. She later accepted a position as a Real Estate Paralegal for Davis and Schweizer Law Offices in Emerald Isle while obtaining her real estate Broker's License for North Carolina. As a REALTOR, Heather worked as full-time Sales Broker for Emerald Isle Realty, Inc., here she gained invaluable knowledge of the local area's housing market. With her experience in real estate sales and legal processes she brings her enthusiasm to promote The Grande Villas, a Club-Class condominium project that is unparalleled in the Southern Outer Banks.
